Here are some questions frequently asked by processors about our program.
How Many Leads will I get per month? The number of leads you receive is based on the number of brokers in your area looking for a processor. If the number of leads you receive is low, we will add companies willing to send their files national for processing.
Are the Leads Exclusive? Three processor leads are sent to each broker. When you receive an alert from us that we have sent your information to a broker, it's always a good idea to call them and introduce yourself and your company for the best chance of picking them up as a client.
What is AoPMP.org (Association of Professional Mortgage Processors)? AoPMP.org is an association designed with a number of things in mind. 1) Increase broker awareness of outsource processing. 2) Provide a place for processors to work together as a team for mutual benefit including education, assistance and growth. 3) Provide processors a forum to belong that practices ethical and honest business practices. 4) Allow members the ability to display the logo on their web site as a trusted symbol for mortgage brokers to see. 5) Allow for the ability to increase buying power to the benefit of all in the group for money saving, and profit making endeavors.
What are some of these benefits? Recognizing a need for small business to both save more money and earn more we have partnered up with companies to offer services. For example we have access to 2.7 cent a minute long distance to save processors money each month. We are also working with a title company to earn a percentage of profit for the loans closed through this national title company. We are working on a number of other offers all designed to help the processors in our network both make and save money. You will be able to tap into all, or any of these services to help your business increase profits per month.
What happens if I cancel? Well, we have very few cancellations, most processing companies are in this for the long haul. We like to encourage you to stick with this and get more leads each month as the program grows. If you decide to cancel, you can come back at a later time but there will be a fee to join back up equal to 1/2 of the amount you would have paid had you stayed with us. This keeps it fair for the processors who stick with the program and don't "hit and run" to get new clients and then leave for a few months until they need more clients. Also, when you sign up, your committing to being with us for at least one month. There are no refunds should you decide to cancel your subscription. So if you decide to cancel you would be best off waiting till the last day of the month so you get the full number of leads.
